Your pack shipment

Parcels are usually dispatched the day after the payment confirmation, count a delay of 5 days for the delivery.

ATTENTION

Given the weight of our products, your order will be transported by delivery trucks. You must therefore take into account certain aspects of this type of transport:

1. Your order will pass through 2 or 3 warehouses and the delivery truck will probably have other deliveries to make, therefore it is not possible to fix the date or the time of delivery. However, on the message informing you of the shipment of your order, you will find the contact details of the transport agency, which you can contact for more information.
2. Your order will be downloaded in the closest place to your delivery address that this type of trucks can access. The pallets will be unloaded through a platform (not a crane) and a pallet truck. Returns

The customer has 14 days to return the goods, at his own expense. In the case of a new substitution, the new shipping costs will also be borne by him.

Aggregate sizes

The commercial name of our aggregates indicates a granulometry measured in mm. It is a simple commercial name, the product contains a certain percentage of stone of other sizes which can be half or double the indicated size.

For example, our Pebble 40-60 mm contains a certain percentage of stones up to 120 mm and down to 20 mm.
